The house has three large bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with both twin and bunk beds. All the bedrooms have lovely views, two of them having windows to both front and back. There is a balcony at first floor level and this floor also has a large double bathroom, with comfortably sized bath and bidet. There is a separate toilet.
The elegant oak staircase leads down to a spacious entrance hall, which opens onto a very impressive salon, with its monumental stone fireplace. Also off the hall is the kitchen, large enough to eat in and with modern appliances. There is a larder off the kitchen. The hall also leads to a shower and toilet room.
From the back door of the kitchen is a small terrace, with a table ideal for breakfast or star gazing. Steps lead down to a very spacious terrace, giving access to the cellar, where there is another shower and toilet room, ideal for the pool. The cellar also houses a washing machine and various games such a table tennis. The terrace also leads to the studio, a sunny sitting and storage room. Stone steps lead down to the small garden and the pool.
The swimming pool is 10x5 metres, with a weather proof cover, which can be opened fully or partially to suit your needs. Being UV proof and completely child safe this meets the strict French safety requirements.
All the windows of the house have double glazing, shutters for privacy and shade and if needed there is oil fired central heating throughout.
